These Terms govern your access to and use of SwiftTutorsPro. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by them.
By registering for an account, placing an order, providing tutoring services, or otherwise accessing any part of the SwiftTutorsPro platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Academic Integrity Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
SwiftTutorsPro is an online academic tutoring and study assistance platform that connects Clients seeking academic support with independent, qualified Tutors. We provide the technology, marketplace, payment processing, and communication tools that facilitate this connection; we do not ourselves provide tutoring services.
Services offered through the platform may include, without limitation: essay and research support, dissertation and thesis guidance, nursing and healthcare coursework assistance, business report support, and other academic study assistance across subjects and academic levels.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at swifttutorspro.help@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
When you place an order, you agree to provide clear, accurate instructions, deadlines, and any relevant materials needed to complete your request. Pricing is calculated based on academic level, page/word count, deadline urgency, and any add-on services selected at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, IntaSend. We do not store your full payment card or bank details on our servers. You may also fund and pay from your platform Wallet balance, which can be topped up through the same secure payment channel.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are only assigned to a Tutor once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Tutors are independent service providers, not employees of SwiftTutorsPro. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule and methods described in the Tutor Dashboard.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered materials for a given order transfers to the Client for their personal study and reference use. SwiftTutorsPro and its Tutors retain no ownership claim over materials delivered and fully paid for, other than the right to retain records for compliance, quality assurance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
If delivered work does not meet the instructions originally provided, Clients may request a free revision within the revision window stated on their order (typically 7–14 days after delivery, depending on paper type). Revision requests must relate to the original instructions and must not introduce new requirements not included in the initial order.

Clients may request cancellation of an order before a Tutor has been assigned or before substantial work has begun, for a full refund to Wallet balance or original payment method. Once significant progress has been made on an order, cancellation may only be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work already completed, at our reasonable discretion — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.
The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or results from the use of any materials obtained through our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftTutorsPro's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftTutorsPro, its owners, staff, and affiliated Tutors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal liability. You may close your account at any time by contacting swifttutorspro.help@outlook.com.
We encourage Clients and Tutors to first resolve disagreements through our Support team via the in-platform chat or help desk. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in the jurisdiction where SwiftTutorsPro operates, with both parties making reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
